🌟 Meet Rashmi Pahade 🌟
From being an engineer by education to spending 13+ years in the social and education sector, Rashmi’s journey has been one of continued commitment to education. A 2013 TFI Fellow, Rashmi now leads People Ops at iTeach Schools, where she is helping scale the organisation from a team of 100 to 500 people — creating more leadership opportunities and enabling greater student impact.
Her story is a reminder that sometimes, impact is not just about the work we do ourselves, but also about the people we empower along the way. ✨
